🔹 About the Role:

As Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:

Managing your own section and mentoring junior staff including Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to agreed standards
Maintaining food safety and hygiene procedures in line with legislation
Minimising kitchen wastage and ensuring cost-efficiency
Supporting daily operations and working closely with senior chefs
Participating in menu planning, training, and quality control

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef role
✅ Strong leadership and organisational skills
✅ Good understanding of food cost and stock rotation
✅ Knowledge of dietary needs and allergens
✅ Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
✅ Level 1 Food Hygiene (Level 2 and NVQ desirable)
